We are half way through summer and there are still plenty of adventures to be had here in Vegas. If you need a little help figuring out how to spend your time on the Strip, here are 10 things to check off your summer bucket list:

Party at a Nightclub
Nothing is more Vegas than partying. And the Strip offers some pretty incredible nightclubs to party at. Celebrity DJs, dancing girls, flowing champagne are all available at most Vegas clubs. The hardest part is figuring out which one to party in.

Party at the Pool
The only thing wilder than partying at a Vegas nightclub is partying at a Vegas pool. Vegas offers the best pool parties in the country. If you are looking for a booze-filled afternoon by the pool head to MGM Grand’s Wet Republic or Wynn’s 6,000 square-foot space, among others.

Tour the Neon Museum at Night
The Neon Museum is one of Vegas’ most unique attractions. It is like a boneyard filled with vintage Vegas signs. Tour guides lead guests through a lively tour that illuminates Vegas’ past. At night, any of the signs that still work light up, giving you a glimpse at once was. Not only is the Neon Museum a sight to see at night, it’s also much cooler to visit than in the day.

Eat at a Buffet
You really can’t go wrong with just about any buffet in Vegas but we suggest forking out the money for the Wicked Spoon at the Cosmopolitan or the Buffet at Aria. It’s a great way to fuel up for your festivities plus you’ll enjoy things like sushi, gelato, unlimited crab legs, carving stations, and much more.

Jump Off the Stratosphere
You have to have at least one summer thrill and the Stratosphere Tower offers enough to last the rest of the year.  The Big Shot will catapult you 160 feet into the air and back down again. Insanity spins you 64 feet over the edge of the Tower. And the X-Scream will launch you headfirst 27 feet over the tower, where you’ll hang 109 stories in the air.

Ride a Zipline
Another thrilling summer time adventure in Vegas is to ride a zipline. Vegas offers quite a few to try including VooDoo Zip Line at the Rio that takes you up to the 50th floor and zips you between two of the resort’s towers at speeds of 33 miles per hour, Slotzilla that takes you through Downtown, Fly LINQ that soars you 12 stories over the LINQ Promenade, or one that flies you through the hills of Bootleg Canyon.

Cool Off with a Sundae
Sloan’s Ice Cream at the Grand Canal Shoppes at the Venetian serves up specially themed sundaes that will leave you refreshed in the hot Vegas sun. The sundaes include filling a beach sand pail, a flower pot and the popular “Tracy’s Kitchen Sink” built with 12 scoops of ice cream and all of the toppings, whipped cream and cherries all served in a real sink.

Enjoy the Views
Speaking of cooling off, head to Skybar at the Waldorf Astoria for an exotic handmade cocktail and stunning views of the Strip. Located on the 23rd floor, Skybar overlooks the city and serves up swanky cocktails like the Golden Leaf Martini with Hendricks Gin, Aperol, muddled mandarin, pineapple juice, lime juice and simple syrup.

Grab a Drink on the High Roller
Another unique place with stunning views to enjoy a drink in Vegas is the High Roller. Escape the heat and climb aboard one of the tallest observation wheel’s air-conditioned glass cabins and enjoy happy hour. As you sip, you’ll rotate around and take in the bright lights of the Strip and beyond.

Take a Hike
Our top 10 list also includes things to do around Las Vegas, like taking a hike. Nature lovers will enjoy taking in the stunning Red Rock Canyon National Park just 20-minutes from the Strip. Or head out a little farther and check out Valley of Fire State Park. The best time to take a hike is in the afternoon when the weather cools off a bit.
