Getting fried in Vegas takes on new meaning when the Excalibur Hotel & Casino opens the Strip’s first French fry hotspot with a food truck façade on June 24.

An original concept from local franchisee Feel Good Brands, Frites Las Vegas will serve up an addictive variety of unique triangular-cut fries, perfectly shaped for dipping in special sauces like buttermilk ranch, thai chili, nacho cheese and deviled egg. Fries can be a snack or a meal, with menu items ranging from everything from bagel frites, truffle frites and sausage gravy frites to churro-style, crinkle-cut sweet potato dessert fries.

Crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside, Frites Las Vegas frites are made with 100% beef tallow, once a staple of nearly every American kitchen. There are also vegetarian options that use peanut oil.

“A lot of research went into creating what we think is the perfect fry – everything from the type of potato to the cut,” said Feel Good Brands Founder Lincoln Spoor in a statement. “The most important factor was diving into the frying component and without a doubt, beef tallow brought the richest and most delicious flavor.”

Open daily, Frites will join Auntie Anne's Pretzels, Big Chill, Breakfast & Burgers, Cinnabon, Einstein Bros. Bagels, Hot Dog on a Stick, Krispy Kreme, Pick Up Stix, Pizza Hut Express, Popcornopolis, Popeyes Chicken, Schlotzsky's and Starbucks at the Castle Walk Food Court on the Excalibur’s second floor.
