Things are about to get a whole lot funnier in Las Vegas. Comedian George Lopez will bring his Latino laughs to the Terry Fator Showroom at the Mirage this August and September.

Known for his razor-sharp observations, Latino stereotypes and racy self-depreciating jokes, Lopez knows how to make an audience laugh. He has spent decades doing so with his impersonation of his traditional Latino grandmother, as well as jokes on Mexican cuisine, culture and politics. Now he’s bringing it to the Las Vegas stage for two nights August 31 and September 1.

Lopez has enjoyed much success on film, televisions and the comedy club stage. He became a popular household name in 2002 with the launch of his comedy show George Lopez, which ran for six seasons on ABC. He then went on to entertain audiences late at night on his late night talk show Lopez Tonight on TBS. He remains a hit with viewers in syndication on both broadcast stations and Nick at Nite, ranking as one of the top-rated shows on the network and among the top five comedies and top 20 weekly programs in syndication.

In addition to his own television shows, Lopez has appeared on more than 70 TV programs, including Que Locos, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Latino Laugh Festival.

George Lopez performs at the Mirage August 31 and September 1. You can find discounted tickets to his show here on Best of Vegas.
