In the world of health-conscious millennials, when you are in Vegas, GF not only stands for “Good Fun” but also for “Gluten Free.” But Sin City doesn’t have to equal guilt over what you eat, and you don’t have to miss out on the fun and deliciousness this city has to offer. We decided to round up a few of our go-to spots that offer great fun and gluten free options. The best part? You don’t even have to tell your significant other, buddies, gal pals, family, the stranger you met on the plane, etc., that these eateries are gluten free. They’ll enjoy them, you’ll enjoy them and we’ll all end the night cheers-ing at one of the Strip’s finest shows. Here are our top 3 spots to enjoy a gluten free experience in Vegas.

Adi’s Active Nutrition
Recommended for:
casual, lunch
6496 Medical Center St. Suite 102
This eatery leans towards the healthier variety of gluten free restaurants, but it’s so delicious that we decided to add it to our list. We recommend the chicken, avocado and spinach wrap or the tuna creme and mozzarella stuffed sweet potato. It’s a great spot for a casual, quick lunch that will satisfy everyone!

Nobu at Caesars Palace
Recommended for: dinner, fine dining
3570 Las Vegas Blvd.
We are incredibly obsessed with Nobu restaurants that exist all over the country, but we’re especially obsessed with Nobu at Caesars Palace. You can request menu items gluten free and still enjoy the most delicious sushi in all the land. Simply ask your server for the best GF options and indulge in one of their award-winning dishes. We’ll let you in on a GF secret: it’s the best sushi we’ve ever had.

Beauty & Essex, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas
Recommended for: dinner, brunch
3708 Las Vegas Blvd. S
This is a trendy spot not to be missed! You can choose from most of the raw bar and a few of the appetizer selections that are GF-Approved – just be sure to check with your waiter before ordering. The Vegas vibes and the GF eats at this hot spot will not disappoint.
