The big artists were out in Las Vegas once again on Tuesday night as Grammy-winning singer Miguel partied and performed at Pure in Caesars Palace. He arrived with his girlfriend on the red carpet around 1 a.m. and at 2 a.m. he began his show with “Sure Thing.” Later he serenaded all of the ladies in the nightclub when he walked through and sang “Quickie.” He closed with “Adorn” as he stood on top of a booth in the middle of the nightclub. Former NBA super star Shaquille O’Neal, actor Chazz Palminteri and welterweight champion boxer Zab Judah were all in the crowd for the performance.

Penn & Teller made it back into the headlines once again this week when they were among the Caesars Entertainment stars who joined CEO Gary Loveman and Major Gen. James “Spider” Marks to unveil the “Heroes Hiring” plan, a corporate-wide initiative to provide jobs for U.S. military veterans. The Rio headliners were joined by cast members of “Jubilee!” and “Million Dollar Quartet.”

One of Las Vegas’ hottest nightclubs, singer Talib Kewli performed at The Bank in the Bellagio with wife Cynthia on the turntables. Also at The Bank was San Francisco 49ers Ronin Davis and DJ Andy Caldwell.

“Law & Order: SVU” and reality TV star Ice-T flew in from New York between filming to celebrate his 55th birthday with wife and Peepshow at Planet Hollywood star Coco. The couple partied at Chateau Nightclub & Gardens in the Paris and watched Cirque du Soleil’s “Zarkana” at Aria. Comedian and actress Roseanna Barr was also spotted taking in “Zarkana” with her mother between shows at the Tropicana.

UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir showed his love for Linkin Park when he showed up to the band’s autograph session at Club Tattoo in Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood.

Plenty of celebs enjoyed Las Vegas’ many world-renowned restaurants this past week and weekend including “Modern Family” actress Sofia Vergara who dined at STK in The Cosmopolitan. Josh Osbourne and his wife enjoyed a meal at Akira back’s Yellowtail in the Bellagio. Retired soccer star Mia Hamm dined at Citizens in Mandalay Bay. Comedian Tom Green was spotted at Wolfgang Puck’s Cucina and Pizzeria in Crystals CityCenter and the stars of Showtime’s “House of Lies” Kristen Bell, Ben Schwartz, Josh Lawson and Don Cheadle took a break from filming and enjoyed a culinary tour of Caesars Palace restaurants making stops at Nobu, Old Homestead, Rao’s and Bacchanal Buffet.

That’s all of the celebrity news I have for today. Check back tomorrow for more and for this weekend’s celebrity preview.
