Awe-inspiring, breathtaking and over-the-top are just some ways to describe the Las Vegas productions of Cirque du Soleil. But just like a favorite movie, each production has one scene that defines the whole show, in which music, mystery, fantasy and design come together to create a perfect moment. Here are four of the most inspiring scenes from current Cirque shows that will remain memorable for years to come.

Bungee from Mystère
is the first permanent Cirque du Soleil production in Las Vegas and continues to delight with its powerful acrobatics, energetic dance and incredible performances. The most mind-blowing act starts with the dome dance and ends with majestic birds diving in unison. As they drop, only the elastic around their waists halts their fall. The scene showcases the human spirit with feats of strength, grace and determination.

Midnight Bath from Zumanity
Showing off the sensual side of Cirque du Soleil, the Midnight Bath scene explores love and fantasy. Characters Anouck, Monteece and Mario take a free-reign approach in pink champagne during their luscious sexual experiment. For lovers, couples, bridal parties and even bachelor parties, this act will raise temperatures.

Twin Sister Nursemaid Valets from
The Deep sequence in KA begins when a ship transporting royalty sinks, and the Nursemaid falls into the depths of the rough sea while projected bubbles rise from her body. The Twin Sister plunges in to rescue her and manages to drag her back to the surface. Suspend reality as design, choreography, imagery and imagination creates this vision of despair, hope and victory.

While My Guitar Gently Weeps The Beatles LOVE
A poignant scene, While My Guitar Gently Weeps opens on a female dancer pondering the sad loneliness of unrequited love. She contemplates in a soulful dance, remembering what was lost but also seeking to find true love. Accompanied by a hand-drawn visual, they dance together in a world outlined with elements of everyday life.
