Time flies when you’re having fun and Legends in Concert is having so much fun, 35 years have flown by! The popular Vegas show just kicked off its record-breaking 35th season with an incredible cast of music legends. The longest-running show will pay tribute to legendary performers, such as Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Sting and Michael Jackson at Flamingo Las Vegas February 3 through May 17, 2018.
The celebratory performances will also pay respect to the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin, portrayed by Cynthia Nix. There will be a little ‘80s love with Andy K’s tribute to Sting & Police, and for the first time in Legends history, guests will get to watch a young Michael Jackson. Expect to hear Nathan Cullers recreate Jackson as a part of the Jackson 5 with such hits as “ABC” and “I’ll Be There.”
And of course you can’t have a Vegas tribute show without the King himself, Elvis Presley. Presley will be portrayed by Matt Lewis, who is returning to the show after a five year hiatus to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Legends.
For more than three decades, Legends in Concert has entertained more than 6.6 million Las Vegas visitors and residents. It has produced over 18,500 performances on the Strip and performed to more than 30 million fans worldwide. And it doesn’t look like the legendary show will be stopping anytime soon. The show currently performs 10 times a week, year round in the Donny and Marie Showroom, which was recently voted best showroom by Review Journal’s Best of Las Vegas.
