Start your engines Vegas, NASCAR Weekend is coming to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Friday, February 21 - Sunday, February 23. NASCAR Weekend, also known as The Pennzoil 400 Weekend, has become one of the most anticipated events on the NASCAR calendar, ranking among the top-five races in both attendance and TV viewership.
The Weekend includes four days of NASCAR races and entertainment. Fans can enjoy races from each of NASCAR's three premier series including the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series and ARCA Menards Series West.
In addition to the races, fans can gain access to the one-of-a-kind Neon Garage where they will be well-entertained throughout the weekend with live music and more. The Neon Garage also offers an up-close view of the garages from behind the glass as well as an incredible view of Victory Lane.
At the Turn 4 Turn Up fan area on the concourse level overlooking the 1.5-mile Oval ticket holders can also enjoy festival-like activities including free Ferris wheel rides, fire pits, food trucks, a DJ, mechanical bull, games and drink specials.
Outside of the Speedway, the Strip will welcome race fans with free concerts and other racing fun including the RaceJam featuring Brett Michaels on Feb. 22 at Fremont Street Experience.
Prior to the races, approximately 40 18-wheeled Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series haulers will roll through the Strip on February 20. The parade route will stretch for over seven miles, beginning at the historic Welcome to Las Vegas sign and heading north on Las Vegas Blvd before making their way west on Sahara Ave. where the haulers will make their way to Interstate 15 toward Las Vegas Motor Speedway and through the LVMS tunnel under turns 1 and 2 to their garage stalls outside the Neon Garage.
