R&B Singer Keith Sweat takes over Flamingo Las Vegas.

Las Vegas is about to get a double dose of entertainment when platinum-selling R&B singer Keith Sweat and stand-up comedian Aries Spears hit the Flamingo stage together this January 17-31.

It’s all a part of the limited-engagement show, Keith Sweat: Make It Last Forever that will take over the Donny & Marie showroom this month. The production will include Sweat’s notable hits like “I Want Her,” “Twisted,” and “Nobody.” The signer-songwriter will be accompanied by funny guy and long-serving MADtv cast member, Aries Spears.

Sweat was discovered singing in a nightclub in 1987. That same year he released his first album, “Make It Last Forever,” which sold more than three million copies. The legendary R&B icon has since released 11 albums, had five straight #1 albums and sold more than 25 million records. He has also expanded his resume to include music producer, songwriter and radio host.

Spears became a comedian at the young age of 14, performing stand-up in various clubs in New York City. The stand-up has appeared on Russell Simmon’s Def Comedy Jam, It’s Showtime at the Apollo and A Different World. His most notable performances included his role on MADtv in which he was the longest-serving cast member.
