Learn tips, tricks and insider secrets for crafting the perfect woodfired pie from Allegro Executive Chef Enzo Febraro and Wynn buffet Executive Chef Jonathan Bauman during Wynn’s first Master Pizza Class.
The acclaimed chefs will teach aspiring pizzaiolos to make and bake a classic Margherita pizza, starting with the delicious dough. After an afternoon of rolling, topping and baking, you’ll sit down to a casual lunch. It should be a great experience, any way you slice it.
