Styx & Don Felder will join forces for the Renegades In the Fast Lane Residency

Legendary band, Styx, made up of Tommy Shaw, James “JY” Young, Lawrence Gowan, Todd Sucherman and Ricky Phillips, and the occasional appearance by original bassist Chuck Panozzo will be joined by former the Eagles band member Don Felder for a brand new Vegas residency called “Renegades In the Fast Lane” at The Venetian Theatre this January 6, 7, 11, 13 and 14.

“I’m so excited to be sharing the stage at the Venetian with my good friends Styx,” Felder said in a news release last year. “This is going to be one rocking show in the most rocking city in the U.S.”

Styx has created a new set list for the Vegas residency, and also a brand new stage production. The show will pay tribute to both Styx and Don Felder’s combined 45-years as one of the most successful rock and roll bands in history and one of rock’s most illustrious guitar legends.

Styx and Felder have worked together before including on the Soundtrack of Summer tour a few years ago. The band also included Felder in a show at the Orleans Arena in 2014. Meanwhile, Felder has included Styx in his most recent album, 2012’s “Road to Forever,” which featured contributions from Tommy Shaw.
