Cirque du Soleil’s Vegas shows are located in some of the city’s finest resorts. Within those resorts are award-wining restaurants, perfect for a pre- or post-Cirque show dinner. Regardless of which Cirque show you’re going to see here are the top five places to eat:
O by Cirque du Soleil – If you want a delicious meal before or after seeing “O” by Cirque du Soleil what better place than Le Cirque at the Bellagio? Le Cirque serves up quintessential French cuisine that has won accolades including a AAA Five Diamond Award rating. Your meal will be as surprising and delightful as “O” with a beautiful lakefront view.
Michael Jackson ONE – Pair the elaborate music collection of Michael Jackson in Michael Jackson ONE with the modern Japanese menu at Kumi inside Mandalay Bay. Kumi Japanese Restaurant features a modern Japanese menu with a Korean American twist. Kumi is also an excellent place to grab a cocktail thanks to the restaurant’s very own master mixologists.
The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil – Before you take in the popular LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at the Mirage fill up on your favorite Italian food at Portofino. The hand-crafted Italian coastal cuisine was created by world-class executive chef Michael LaPlaca. He makes sure each dish has the finest imported ingredients so you can get a taste of Italy right on the Strip. Portofino has been praised by Las Vegas Weekly, Las Vegas Magazine, Trip Advisor and Open Table.
Ka – You can’t visit MGM Grand or Ka by Cirque du Soleil without first grabbing a bite at the famed Hakkasan Restaurant. Focused on modern Cantonese dishes, Hakkasan uses the finest seasonal ingredients and expert techniques to create mouthwatering dishes. Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and his team of chefs are behind the unique dishes. Hakkasan also offers a vast selection of drinks but what makes Hakkasan stand out even more is its ambiance. The inside is best described as a Shanghai-Chinois chic with an array of ambient sounds, scents and lighting.
Zarkana – Cirque du Soleil’s rock opera Zarkana can only be paired with one restaurant as bold as the show – Sage. James Beard Award-winning chef Shawn McClain has created an ever-changing menu of contemporary American cuisine with global influences. You’ll experience something different here every time you go.
