When it comes to dining in Vegas, the sky’s the limit. From 5-star restaurants featuring internationally renowned chefs to ridiculously fun eats like alcoholic slushies, there’s a dining experience to suit each and every taste, mood and outing. But sometimes you really need to fuel your fun between casinos, sight-seeing and an evening show is the most classic of American fare: a good old-fashioned burger. Here’s our guide to the top burgers on the Vegas Strip.

Holstein’s is known for its fresh ingredients including house-made sauces and buns. Combine that with one of 7 different proteins, including vegetarian options, and toppings, and you have created an incredible burger experience. With a dozen burgers to choose from you can stay with a classic cheeseburger or enjoy something out of the ordinary. Try the Nom Nom Burger if you like a little crunch!Bonus: The kids have their own menu to streamline family ordering.
Holstein’s is located at The Cosmopolitan.

Burger Bar
Burger Bar boasts a three-step process that allows you to create the perfect burger for your taste buds. Choose from 8 different patties and 7 different buns before selecting your cheese, sauces and toppings. If decisions are your thing choose from 8 different Chef’s Burgers including the American Classic. You can also build your own milkshake at Burger Bar.
Burger Bar is located at Mandalay Bay.

Situated outside of the Fashion Show, Stripburger serves up two-hand burgers while you relax and enjoy the strip-side view. You can never go wrong with a classic Cheeseburger, but if meat is not your jthing then The Impossible Burger, a plant-based burger with cheddar cheese and caramelized onions, is sure to win you over. Stripburger serves fresh-cut fries with its burgers or you can level up with the Atomic Cheese Fries or a “3-Way” (onion strings, fries and pickle fries) for the best experience.
Stripburger is in front of the Fashion Show, across from The Wynn.

Umami Burger
If your craving is for flavor, Umami Burger should be on your list. Umami Burger grinds its beef in-house and then pairs the steak patties with a unique blend of seasonings and sauces. When it comes to cheeseburgers, the Throwback wins my vote here. An upgraded version of the American classic, the Throwback combines two beef patties with white cheddar cheese, dill pickles, diced onions, plus ketchup and mustard with a kick of flavor.
Umami Burger is at SLS.

Gordon Ramsay Burger
The only restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip to cook burgers on a hardwood-fueled open flame is Gordon Ramsay Burger. The Ultimate Cheeseburger is topped with aged provolone, Dubliner and Boursin, but if you’re looking for something more classic, the Backyard Burger is a winner every time. We can’t forget to mention Gordon Ramsey’s signature curry sauce, which is the perfect complement to your fries.
Gordon Ramsay is at Planet Hollywood.
