Ah, 29. What a great age. So great, in fact, we stayed 29 for about three years. It’s a prime number, which means it’s only divisible by the number one and itself. And it’s one minute less than 30, which is a tried-and-true half-hour.

Now a Las Vegas restaurant is celebrating all things 29 by feeding you a $29 three-dish meal in only 29 minutes.

The new Express Menu at Aria Resort & Casino’s Julian Serrano Tapas is a convenient power lunch for those of you who are in the hurry and on the go. Just choose one tapas selection from three different sections of the menu and receive all three in 29 minutes or less.

Menu choices include some of James Beard award-winning chef Julian Serrano’s most popular Spanish-inspired selections, like Chicken Croquetas, Black Rice Risotto, Brava Potatoes, Cuban Sandwich and Albondigas. For an additional $4, you may add a signature Spanish dessert like Torrija Classica, Churros or Flan de Coco.

The restaurant is so confident it will serve your meal in 29 minutes or less, even on its busiest days, there is no incentive for if it takes longer. If you must modify or make substitutions to the menu, however, there is no 29-minute guarantee. Also, the menu may be subject to change during large conventions.

Julian Serrano Tapas is open for lunch and dinner Sunday through Thursday from 11:30 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. and until 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. For more information, call (702) 590-8520.
