Urth Caffé has served organic and 100% natural ingredients that have attracted customers for well over 25 years. Currently, Urth Caffé has eight locations, and one happens to be right here in Sin City. This is owners Jill and Shallom Berkman’s first café outside of California, and the town is going crazy with excitement for the new dining option.
The 5,493-square-foot, European-styled coffee shop sits in the beautiful Wynn Plaza, and features a hand-tiled fountain with an olive tree that sits in the center of the café.
They offer a widespread menu of coffee, tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner entrées. as well as beautifully made seasonal desserts that make your mouth water.
Classic grilled sandwiches and signature salads are a favorite among patrons, served with locally grown baby spinach, sugar plum tomatoes, candied pecans and a peppercorn vinaigrette. Breakfast items include granola or bread pudding bowls, oatmeal, eggs verde and beef hash. All food is served in its purest and most natural state. For simple dishes, Urth serves bagels, croissants, omelets, waffles and parfaits. There is truly something for everyone.
Urth Caffé is a great place to study, meet friends and hang out while sipping on Spanish Lattés, monkey granitas and good old-fashioned cappuccinos. They also make great smoothies and fresh juices if you’re looking to watch your waistline.
Jill and Shallom Berkman turned their dream into a reality 25 years ago after meeting with a professional coffee farmer who introduced them to organic heirloom coffee. Thanks to the Berkmans, Las Vegas can enjoy organic coffee and teas at Urth Caffé.

Urth Caffé is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner from 6:30 a.m. to 11p.m., on Friday and Saturday until 12 a.m. and on Sunday from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
