It calls itself, “a luxury resort in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip” and that’s exactly what The Cosmopolitan is. This gorgeous Vegas resort offers unique dining options form award-winning chefs, workout classes, luxurious lounges, concert venues and the ultimate nightclub experience. Whether you’ve booked a stay at The Cosmopolitan or not, here is the perfect day in The Cosmopolitan:
Brunch It Up
Start your morning (or end your evening) with New Orleans’ cult favorite District: Donuts. Sliders. Brew. A leader in craft donuts, District features homemade pieces of heaven with more than 100 rotating flavors, including Chocolate Blackout and Bananas Foster. Other breakfast items include made-from-scratch biscuit sandwiches and the signature dish, kolaches - tender, sweet pastry dough filled with a selection of sweet and savory ingredients. Pair it all with a craft espresso beverage or nitro cold brew for the perfect morning. The eatery is also open for lunch and dinner.
Work It Out
If you need to work up a sweat (or work out those donuts and biscuits) take a bootcamp class at The Cosmopolitan’s SWEAT60. The class consists of high-intensity interval training with boxing, plyometrics, strength training and core stability exercises. Each class is 60 minutes and is broken down into 14 different one-minute circuits.
For a pre-dinner drink, or any time of day really, The Chandelier is our favorite spot to hang out at The Cosmopolitan. That’s because the bar features three stories of fun including Bottom of the Chandelier (Level 1, the high-energy spot that puts you right in the middle of the action; Inside The Chandelier (level 1.5), which offers a sophisticated sanctuary full of fine, hand-crafted cocktails and Top of the Chandelier (Level 2), an inviting lounge.
Tapas for Dinner
Before hitting the Cosmopolitan’s nightclub scene, enjoy dinner, or tapas rather at Jaleo Tapas Restaurant. From the culinary mind of Jose Andres and his ThinkFoodGroup, Jaleo serves up the authentic flavor of a Spanish tapas restaurant. Signature dishes include Paella cooked over a large wood-brining grill, Jamon iberico de bellota from Spain, and an ancient Spanish wine-drinking tradition you have to try.
See a Show
The concert and event venue, The Chelsea offers the perfect place to take in one of Vegas’ many concerts and shows. Inspired by the world’s most iconic venues, The Chelsea features stage production props, a vintage lobby bar, private VIP gallery boxes and a grand staircase with a dramatic chandelier. You won’t be disappointed watching a concert or comedy act here.
The Ultimate Vegas Nightclub Experience
Look no farther than Marquee for the ultimate Vegas nightclub experience. The multifaceted nightclub offers the “Boom Box” a mixed format area, and “The Library,” a VIP hideaway. The club is also unique in that it offers glass window-walls overlooking the Strip for night you truly won’t forget.
