Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit is still a couple months away, but the annual culinary festival is selling out faster than you can say, “unique epicurean experiences.”

Fortunately, the festival – and its world-class lineup of celebrity chefs, restauranteurs, master sommeliers and cutting-edge mixologists from Caesars Entertainment, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, MGM Resorts International and Wynn Las Vegas – has cooked up some additional events with another partner property, The Venetian Las Vegas.

Scheduled for Thursday, May 9 through Sunday, May 12, Vegas Uncork’d unites the world’s most celebrated chefs for gourmet experiences ranging from intimate dinners to huge events up and down the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.

Headliners include some of the city’s newest talents like Roy Choi (Best Friend), Will Guidara (NoMad) and Lisa Vanderpump (Vanderpump Cocktail Garden) as well as longtime favorites like Gordon Ramsay (Hell’s Kitchen), Christina Tosi (Milk Bar), Masaharu Morimoto (Morimoto), Guy Savoy (Guy Savoy), Julian Serrano (Picasso), Michael Mina (Bardot Brasserie) and Nobu Matsuhisa (Nobu).

Returning this year is the signature Grand Tasting on May 10 at Caesars Palace and The Picnic at The Park, the outdoor dining and entertainment district between Park MGM and New York-New York on May 11, as well as several other favorite events from years past.

This year will also see a new celebrity chef poker tournament on May 10 at Wynn Las Vegas, an Italian afternoon on May 11 with Steve “Yo Cuz” Martorano at Paris Las Vegas, a roof deck pool party that evening at The NoMad Pool at NoMad Las Vegas at Park MGM, and much more.
